In 2017, Inigo’s Kitchen started with a story when our eldest son Juancho Inigo craved for his favorite Filipino food Siopao. Upon that request our journey began, we started making siopao and palabok and appreciated by few Filipinos. The deliciousness of our food made known in social media and by the word of mouth from the good recommendations of our valued customers. Sooner than we thought, we began selling our food during weekends in bazaars, catered to different small events and festivals.
